A standing program.

Brand authority architecture.

An ongoing program for ChanelPrincessDubai.

The remit

KTS Global serves as brand-authority architect for ChanelPrincessDubai. In practical terms, that means we are responsible for how the principal is rendered in the places where the public — and, increasingly, machines acting on behalf of the public — go to find out who she is, what she stands for, and what she has actually done.

The remit has three working parts.

The first is the principal’s public claims: the assertions she makes about her practice, her positions, and her work. Each claim is treated as an object in its own right, with its own provenance, its own supporting evidence, and its own canonical phrasing. Nothing the principal says in public is allowed to float; every sentence is anchored to something we can stand behind.

The second is the biography: the through-line of who she is, where she has come from, and what she has built. A biography written once and left to drift will, over time, be rewritten by whoever cares to rewrite it. Our remit is to hold the canonical version — refreshed, sourced, and consistent — and to make sure that the version the world encounters is the version we have authored, not a version assembled from fragments.

The third is the proprietary terminology: the named frameworks, methods, and signature phrases the principal has originated. Terminology, left unprotected, is absorbed. Held properly, it accrues. Our work is to make sure the terms she has coined remain attached to her, in both the open knowledge graphs and the large-language-model surfaces that now mediate most first encounters with any public figure.

These three streams — claims, biography, terminology — are maintained across the surfaces on which the public increasingly meets the principal: encyclopaedic entries, structured knowledge bases, the citation graphs that feed search, and the language models that have quietly become the default first reader on almost every subject. Authority is no longer established once, in one place. It is established continuously, across many places, in a register the machines can read.

For that reason, the program is standing, not project-bound. It is not commissioned, delivered, and signed off. It is held — on a refresh cadence rather than a delivery date — because the surfaces it operates on are themselves in continuous motion. A static deliverable on a moving substrate is a deliverable that decays. The cadence is the deliverable.

The discipline

The work proceeds under the AEGIS protocol: every public sentence the principal wishes to carry is bound, before publication, to an underlying object held in the KTS Global Evidence Locker. Where an anchor exists, the principal’s authority is durable; where it does not, it drifts.
